Are your products 100% pure silk?
Yes. All SilkSilkyOfficial products are made from ultra-luxurious 100% Pure Mulberry Silk (except for some loungewear products made of silk knitting; these still contain mulberry silk—please read the product description). We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk and enforce strict quality guidelines with non-toxic dyes.
What does Momme mean?
Momme is the unit used to measure silk. Instead of thread count, silk fabrics use momme, which refers to the weight of 100 yards of silk (45 inches wide) in pounds. Higher momme means more fibers, resulting in heavier and higher-quality silk. Popular momme weights include 19 and 22.
What are the benefits of silk?

What methods of payment do you accept?

Why was my payment declined?

Can I use more than one coupon code?
No. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
What if I forgot to add my promo code at checkout?

How do I modify the items or shipping address in my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Modifications cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
How do I cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it.
How do I track my orders?
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, SilkSilkyOfficial ships worldwide. For assistance, contact services@silksilkyofficial.us. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
What should I do if the package is damaged during transit?
Inspect the package before signing. If damaged, refuse delivery or document the damage with photos and contact us immediately.
I placed an order but it’s not showing in my account. Why?
You may have used express checkout without logging in.
Why didn’t I receive a shipping email?
It may have gone to spam, or the email address may have been entered incorrectly. If you do not receive a shipping email within 2–5 days, contact services@silksilkyofficial.us.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders $0–$59: shipping fee $8.99, estimated delivery 5–9 business days.
Orders $59 and above: free shipping (5–9 business days).
Why was I charged customs or import duties?
Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes. Provide the receipt and we will compensate the customs fee. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for return duties and additional shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered or refused shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
We accept returns within 365 days of purchase. Contact us before returning the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags.
The following items are not eligible for return: clearance items, used products, silk face masks, underwear, customized items, gift wrap boxes, gift cards, free gifts, and silk detergent.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
For defective items, we will reimburse shipping costs after receiving photo evidence.
Can I return only the top or bottom of pajamas?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for only the top or only the bottom of pajama sets.
